Comment : Staff was so nice. I waited for my smog check and was told the wait was 1.5 hours but he'd ask the guy if he can do it sooner after finishing up with another car. The technician was able to get me in and I didn't have to wait long at all. I appreciate the team at Placentia Super Service for their friendly and efficient service. I'd come back here again.

Comment : Gilbert is AMAZING & went above & beyond to help me out! I called for a quote for an oil change on my Q50 & spoke to Gilbert. They didn't carry the type of Liqui Moly I wanted for my oil change but said he would be able to order it for me. Gilbert even showed me the oil & the filter when it arrived to verify it was what I wanted. That made me feel extremely happy to know I'm getting exactly what I wanted for my car. Customer service is A1! Very happy I called Placentia Super Service!
