Comment : The team was unbelievable kind! Had them take a look at a new car we were buying and didn t charge me a dime. They were extremely fast and very personable! One of the techs even took the time out of his day to go fix the brake pads for a younger girl at no charge just because he didn t feel comfortable with her driving like that! Comment : Do not take your car to this shop unless you want to keep taking your car back to this shop. I had them change my plugs and wires and coil pack and they broke the safety latch thing off of all 4 of the plugs. So every once in a while it would still do what it initially was doing which was misfiring, because the connection wasn t tight and secure like it should be. This is just one of the incidents I ve had with them and I thought I had found a good body shop that doesn t try to get one over on women. I was wrong.Do not take your car to this shop unless you want to keep taking your car back to this shop. Comment : Do not take your vehicle to this ???hometown??? joke. I never leave negative reviews. This hack could not even supply a list of error codes from the diagnostic they charged me. When I went to pick up our vehicle, the service advisor ???Shawn??? tried to strong arm me and called me several swear words. It is usual and customary (professional) to provide this. This is their customer-service person. When I asked again for the proof a diagnostic was performed, he tried to get me to go outside because I challenged their inability to supply an invoice with proof of their DIAG. If you are asking a customer to believe a $3k bill and do business with you, you should be able to supply DTC Error Codes that substantiate your diagnosis. Is this what you call professionalism?
