Comment : Pioneer Automotive is wonderful. I was in a big mess with my car. The garage I had been going to for over 5 years had a change of ownership and resulting change of techs. Sadly it resulted in repeated problems with my car. I went to Pioneer and they are amazing. Fantastic customer service, kind, and great communication. They identified the problem and fixed it. They will be my new go-to garage. Their pricing was fair, as well. They even helped get me back home when I brought my car in and helped me with retrieving the car once work was complete.

Comment : So glad I stumbled upon Pioneer and specifically Steven. I was told by other shops I needed to replace parts and was thrown estimates. I took my car to Pioneer and Steven showed me my car and parts and told me that I did not need to replace them right now and could wait much longer. He cared about me as a customer rather than another sale. When I do need to replace these parts later on, I will go to Pioneer.
