Comment : Car broke down in NY towed to Pinkava's by AAA, they were careful and communicative in diagnosing the problem and very patient and helpful in sorting through a difficult decision regarding whether it was worth repairing the car given extent of problems, and providing various options for whatever I chose. Comment : Jeff is great. Knowledgeable and won t take advantage of you. The weekend manager took my towed car on the weekend as they were closing but stayed open for me. Informed me and finished everything up in a timely manner. Even tested the car on the road before completing the job to ensure the job was done I recommend this place as your new mechanic and trust a job be done well and won t need to take your car back.

Comment : I cannot recommend any business more highly than Pinkava Motor Company. Jeff and Dave have been servicing our family's cars (a total of 6) over the past 15 years and I won't go anywhere else (although I've moved out of the immediate area). They've corrected issues for us that dealerships couldn't, patiently provided assistance via phone when we've been out of town with our cars, treated my adult daughters (who now take their cars to Jeff and Dave) like their own, and even replaced without question (or additional charge) a faulty part that failed prematurely. Their work speaks for itself...just take a drive by their location and you'll see that it's always busy.I cannot recommend any business more highly than Pinkava Motor Company.
