Comment : Picked a vehicle on auto trader and inquired. Kaleb replied shortly with more pics and answered all questions appropriately. Couple days later planned on getting it but needed some details looked at. Kaleb handled checking vehicle out and arranging a few to help load the motorcycle I rode down to get it. Process was fast. Test drive vehicle after walking around it, all was good. Price was right. Closed then and there and they washed it before I left. Honest dealer that is upfront with terms and specs. Hard to find nowadays. Give pinegar a look if in branson.

Comment : I've gone to Pinegar Chevrolet to get an i d o d. The work was done efficiently and quickly. However I didn't know it would cost money I can regular car inspection. When I go to Pinegar Chevrolet I have confidence in their ability to get things done correctly for my chevrolet in saying this I have difficulty with the price. For instance I needed to get a key fob for my car. If I go through them it will cost nearly $600.

Comment : Acabamos de comprar una GMC Sierra 2500 nueva del 2026 a Nicholas Webb. Esta es, sin duda, la MEJOR experiencia de compra de un auto que mi esposa y yo hayamos tenido en nuestra vida, y tengo 64 años, así que he tenido unas cuantas. La forma de hacer negocios de Pinegar es inigualable. Sin presiones, súper atentos a las necesidades del cliente y dispuestos a hacer un esfuerzo adicional por él.

¡Nicholas es increíble! Si necesitas comprar un producto GM nuevo, vale la pena el viaje a Branson si no vives aquí, y si vives aquí, él es la persona indicada. Un respeto increíble por el comprador, un excelente servicio al cliente, un seguimiento impecable y un cumplimiento total. Olvidé algunas cosas en mi camioneta vieja, así que llamé a Nicholas para preguntarle si podía buscarlas. En un par de minutos, Nicholas me llamó y me dijo que las tenía en su escritorio. Para mi sorpresa, cuando llegué a Pinegar, Nicholas salió corriendo con mis cosas y me recibió junto a mi vehículo. No se puede pedir una mejor experiencia en un concesionario de autos, y ya no hacen muchos vendedores como Nicholas. Además, le comenté a Nicholas que quería pedir algunas piezas nuevas para mi camioneta nueva y me dijo que le avisara cuando lo hiciera para que pudiera dar seguimiento. Avísenme cuando lleguen. ¡No se puede pedir más!

Comment : I took my 2023 GMC sierra 1500 in for an oil change and tire rotation back in mid June of 2026. I was in Austin Tx mid October and noticed a bolt in my driver's side rear tire, this was on a Sunday, I found a Firestone tire shop that was open, after waiting 45 mins on them to get the truck on the rack they came in and asked if I had the wheel lock key. We searched every conceivable place it could have been, but it was nowhere to be found. I had to spend another night in Austin to get it to a local GMC dealership. They were able to remove the wheel and repair the tire. Once I got back to Branson I went to the Pinegar Branson service department and told them the story, they had the wheel lock key sitting right there at the service desk with my name on the box. I never received a call from Pinegar (i bought the truck there, they have my number and home address) saying they forgot to put it back in my truck, and to come get it. I think it's a pretty important item to keep in the vehicle, apparently Pinegar Branson's service department doesn't see it that way. In my eyes, this is totally incompetent and disrespectful, at best, I didn't even get an apology when I picked it up. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in many years. I'm getting ready to trade vehicles before year end, guess who won't get a shot at my business.

Este es mi cuarto auto con Nick, y siempre hace que todo el proceso sea fácil y sin complicaciones. ¡Nick y Mike son, sin duda, las personas más amables con las que he tratado en un concesionario!
