Comment : My aunt/uncle recommended Pinegar Branson to us after having purchased many vehicles there. They were wonderful when helping my mom in purchasing her Chevy Equinox there years ago-specifically the GM Gary Fletcher & Sales Agent Doug B. Earlier this year my mom had a series of health issues & we were faced with dealing with many unfortunate things simultaneously; we had to sell her vehicle when she could no longer drive. I asked Gary for assistance. He took excellent care of us, which was incredibly helpful, as my mom passed shortly after so our situation went from bad to worse. The team at Pinegar made it so easy for us, & we will never forget it. We've been recommending them since first meeting them, & will continue to as they are the consummate professionals one would hope for. Comment : The Absolute Best Experience, Thanks to Dan! (A True 5-Star Review!)

We just completed the purchase of our brand new GMC truck from Pinegar in Branson, and the experience was truly five-star across the board. The truck is fantastic, but what made the entire process seamless and enjoyable was working with Dan.

This is actually the second vehicle we've bought with Dan's help, and once again, his customer service was absolutely outstanding. Dan is the definition of a professional—he is incredibly friendly, polite, and has that rare ability to make you feel like his only priority. He takes the time to listen, answer every question thoroughly, and ensures you're completely comfortable with your decision without ever feeling pressured.

The trust we have in Dan is so high that he has become our family's dedicated vehicle specialist. Comment : Words can't describe how much appreciation I have towards the staff at Pinegar Chevrolet in Branson. Specifically, to Brody and Alex. To say they went out of their way to help would be an understatement. My company car literally broke down in their parking lot. I had trouble for about 30 miles and googled Chevy dealership near me. Pinegar popped up as the closest. Little did I know at that time what a blessing it would be. As it turned out I was having transmission issues. It's 30 minutes before the shop closed where my first interaction with Brody started. He diagnosed my vehicle, and we quickly determined it was the transmission. Unfortunately, the shop was soon to close, and the technician wouldn't be to conduct a thorough review until the following morning. Meanwhile the dealership had no rentals for me to use as well as the closest rental car was 2.5 hours away. This is where Alex comes into play. Alex took pity on me and assisted me with a car from the dealership - life saver! I thought I was going to have to get an uber or some other form of transportation meanwhile the business was closing for the day, I had to change my hotel from Springfield to Branson, I hadn't eaten all day, and had all my belongings with a concern of how I was going to get from point A to point B - thank you Alex! The next morning, I show up and get the full scope of work that needed to be completed. The team explained what needed to be done as well as a time frame. I was able to get a ride to the neighboring town 30 minutes away via the shuttle service Pinegar provided. Richard was great! We visited the entire time and had a wonderful time of it. A few days later I got the call that my vehicle was ready to go. I made the trip back to Branson to return the rental and pick up my company vehicle. During a stressful situation Brody, Alex, and Richard made my experience a blessing. From the bottom of my heart, I can't express enough how appreciative I am of their genuine concern for me. You don't find that much anymore. I felt like family. The team at Pinegar deserve the biggest of all recognitions for their customer service. It's nice to see first-hand this type of service. Comment : After losing our transmission on the first day of our vacation, Adam and repair crew worked hard to deal with my warranty company to get a new transmission and replace it within the week that I was in town. They understood the assignment and and got me back on the road with a day to spare. It would have been even quicker if not for the warranty company. Adam did an excellent job keeping me apprised every day of their progress and was always friendly and reassuring. In fact, the entire staff that I came into contact with throughout the process were always pleasant and respectful, even knowing I was stuck from out of town. They never treated me like a tourist, but more as a neighbor- true to form for the Ozarks. That’s why my family and I always try to make it to Branson at least once a year. We may just make a special trip to buy our next car from these fine folks!
