Comment : HIGHLY recommend DC’s shop. He will remember you by name, what you need done, and if you use a fleet card though your job like I do they take the time to type it in and are never annoyed by it. I haven’t had a bad experience ever since coming 5 years ago

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

We had been in Raleigh the past month for work, on the morning we were supposed to drive to Indiana in the company car, our bosses informed us we needed to get a state inspection. My co-worker and I are both Indiana employees, we were ignorant of such inspections.

We called numerous places in Raleigh that couldn't get us in until the afternoon. We decided to call places along our route which led us to Pilot Tires, only to discover that since the car/company is Raleigh based, the inspection that county needs is more extensive, so they sent us over here!

They were able to get us in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Everyone we talked to was wonderful. A very long winded review for such a simple service, but we really appreciated all of the kindness we were met with every where we went. Thank you for helping us out and getting us back on the road quickly.

Comment : The facts: I was there for 1.5 hours for an NC inspection. A customer that came in 15 mintues after me got serviced before me and left 15 minutes before me. They did the job with no hiccups but I hate the thought of spending a quarter of my day on such a simple service.

Comment : I highly recommend!! I was a woman traveling alone, and still over 3 hours from home when my 2018 Tahoe suddenly broke down. An officer stopped to check on me and immediately referred this shop. They not only towed my vehicle to their shop, but they were able to diagnos the problem too. It was my transmission, and because it was late in the day, they wouldn't be able to replace it right away. I was in a predicament; however, being genuinly concerned for my well being, and the situation I was in, they personally drove me 15 miles from their shop just to make sure I had a safe place to stay for the night. These are absolutely amazing people, they have been a true blessing for me. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me. Believe me, your kindness has not gone unnoticed.
