Comment : Always have had great service at Phinney’s. They go above and beyond to solve any issues. If you have a wonky extended warranty, for example Endurance or Car Shield, they will even call and try to work with them. If not, I highly encourage you to look at their extended warranty they use. I’m not trying to sell a warranty, just saying it was much better and 50% cheaper than the ones I mentioned. Highly recommend this shop for all your car care needs!

Comment : The staff was polite enough but I figured I would keep some business locally so I brought my car to them for an estimate. There was a clunking sound and they diagnosed it for $65. They wanted $710 to replace 2 sway bar bushings. I figured it must be a very hard fix since $550 of that was labor on top of the $65. I called Cheney tire and they quoted me about $300 for the same job.I ordered the parts myself from a Subaru dealer for slightly under $20 and I m not exaggerating when I say, between removal and reinstall it was a 25 minute job .. literally 4 bolts total. I don t understand the justification for $710.
