Comment : They told me it’d be 315 and then turn around and charge me $1000. I will never be using this mechanic shop again because of these unlawful business practices. The work was done correctly and promptly. I just don’t like being lied to about the price. I saw that y’all did put the belt on the right way for free, but I did some research on the radiator you put in my truck. It only cost you between $140-170 for that, so for you to charge me $315 is just wrong 😑. Also, the fact of when I was in your shop building, I made the comment of how your time would be very valuable and that I could do it myself And then you turned around and told me you could do the whole thing for $315 and Proceed to charge me $1000 let’s not forget initially you wanted to charge me between $1100 and $1200, The only reason you brought the price down is because you know you were in the wrong. All I’m trying to say is All these people want is your money so be very careful when taking your vehicle to them If you choose to still do that.

Comment : I took my '70 Chevelle in there for them to check a problem I was having with my exhaust. They got on it immediately! They found the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes! The service at Phil's was excellent!!! I will definitely take my vehicles there again.
