Comment : Ima be completely honest I literally neeeevver write a review seriously but this shop played me and idk if it s because income tax season or what but I got my car Diagnosed for AC not working in my 2016 Buick lacross they found it was a hose to compressor quote was close to $1300 basically I said waaay too much for a ac hose replacement so then I asked how much for just diagnosing it then they started off $450 with a side grin knowing it was way too high for Dye to be put in ac system to locate leak ofcourse they informed me diagnostics are waived if given the job I respect that but then went down to $160 I immediately paid and then left and got quotes other places for the issue in hand went to CMC on 1960 humble they quoted $900 cheaper but still felt like it was a little too high then went to DT auto repair also on 1960 charged $95 for diagnostic and they checked came with same outcome the hose but charged me $650 with warranty good wholesome family owned business I like the ladies upfront at Phil s for give me wrong nice ladies they were pretty koo but I feel like this shop over priced for the working men out of pocket they are stuck on insurance claimed quotes i believe.. Comment : I took my car to them for repairs and rated them a 1 due to poor communication. They installed additional parts without informing me beforehand, which increased my bill. When I asked to speak with the manager and expressed my concerns about their lack of transparency, she didn’t apologize—instead, she simply justified the decision by saying the car needed the part. While I understand that, a simple phone call would have been the right approach. They are completing the repairs now, but I honestly regret choosing this shop.

Comment : Phil's is great. Got my Jeep in and repaired fast. Everyone in the office is awesome. We were treated like family. I highly recommend them if you need any repairs done.

Comment : *****Beware*****Husband took his vehicle here as it was under warranty, and this shop accepted the warranty upon replacing the transmission and other important engine compartments. Their mechanic???s work was faulty and when asked to correct the faulty work (which was ???discovered??? the 3rd time they looked at my vehicle for the transmission once again) David pointed fingers at my husband and questioned who had been working on the vehicle when their shop was the only shop he had taken the vehicle to since owning the vehicle and never were any of the problems reported to us today. The first time they resolved the transmission it failed after driving 3 miles from the shop. This is now the 3rd transmission within 19k miles of driving it that is now done for.
