Comment : Had some work and an inspection done here and am so glad I finally found an honest mechanic that???s not trying to sell me on things I don???t need or take advantage of me. They were great! Fair prices, honest and they even fit me in quickly on a holiday weekend before I had to travel. Will definitely recommend this place and be back again!

Comment : I honestly don't even know if these guys are certified mechanics thats how bad their work is, and if they are, they were probably certified in pre school. Brought a vehicle in that needed wheel bearings replaced and when we brought it home, it stuttered really bad and had lights coming on on the dash. Brought it back to be fixed, assumed it would be for free. Nope, still paid an extra 120$ for their mistake and now the vehicle won't run at all! Save your time and money. Also had lower control arms and ball joints replaced on my other vehicle, took my vehicle to 2 other shops 700 miles later to be told by two different mechanics that the lower control arms were never replaced and only the ball joint on the driver side was replaced AND ITS NOT EVEN THE RIGHT SIZE. Comment : They are really great at keeping you informed of what they may need to replace or about any charges that may be extra if they expect to run into problems. There wasn t a long wait to get my car in he was willing to get it in next day but, I scheduled for 4 days later which he was willing to do as well. Josh or Jordan are primary mechanics and Josh is who I worked with. The cost is average honestly they were quoting on the high end so I knew what to expect if there were issues like he explained. The other garages I got quotes from in the area (6 others) weren t anymore expensive but, the service and communication definitely made it simple for me to choose and is the best reason to choose Phil s to fix your vehicle.
