Comment : Friendly, courteous and fast scheduling. Always check anything additional I might be having issues with. Ex. Tire loosing air. This is my 4th vehicle from Phil Fits Ford and I???m happy to do business with them. They always treat me right. That???s why it doesn???t bother me to drive from Hermitage for good service.

Comment : Soo everything started out online I first tried for a 2015 ford escape but forgot I had a credit block on my credit report. Ava Brocious was nice enough to reach through texts to help me through the buying process but after going through trying to get my credit report turns out the that vehicle had already sold. I get it first come first served that was my fault for not just going and checking in person. I went in person and met Ava in the dealership and told her I was interested in 2015 ford edge. I wanted to test drive it ava went and got the car even though it was time for her to go home. Ava stayed from 5clock all the way until 9 clock until the deal was done. Brian Hietsch and Ava was such a huge help in getting my first vehicle they both were nice and caring and showed me how things worked in the car.i didn't get the sense of leave me alone your annoying me or go some where else. I would recommend this dealership to any one.
