Comment : I don't have a truck or anything I have a sedan. I came here in desperation due to a flat tire (2 separate occasions, 2 different cars) and they patched it for me. They spoke to me with respect and didn't act like I was bothering them like the other places do. (Especially if you're a woman)

Plus I didn't have to wait too long. Thanks so much for your help guys!

Comment : While recently in town working on a project, we needed a custom repair. They were able to straighten the base plate within a couple hours, allowing us to complete the project on the same trip. They were prompt, friendly and the price was reasonable.

Comment : It’s like the more money you spend and frequently use their service, the worse it gets. Steady decline over the YEARS we have used their services for maintenance and repairs for our box trucks. Multiple reasons and incidents. Most alarming would be the brakes on both our trucks were sent to PFM to be replaced and afterwards(for months) they just screech when stopping. I’ve taken both trucks back to pfm to fix this problem and it has not been fixed and they find “other reasons” to blame for this. They never screeched like this prior to pfm working on the brakes. Now the most recent problem I have is that I called Tuesday to make an appointment, the rep told me he couldn’t schedule me in until Friday morning. I took the truck to pfm Friday morning and asked for them to have the work completed Friday if not, please call me before you close so I can pick truck up. They never called and now Monday am, I call asking for an update and the rep told me no one has taken a look at the truck. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT!!??. Very frustrating experiences at PFM. No transparency and care beside Frank who is a great man and employee at PFM.
