Comment : We had some engine trouble coming to town from Kansas on Thanksgiving. PFM was one of the only shops open and willing to take a look at our car on black Friday. Dennis and the other team members were very professional, upfront and courteous. They were able to make sure the car would get us back to Kansas. Thanks to them, our trip wasn't ruined. Their prices were also very reasonable.

Comment : I had a really good experience with PFM Auto. They got me in the same day, which was a huge help. The pricing was somewhere in the mid to high range, but it makes sense given how quickly they got everything done and the quality of the service. They did a full inspection with photos and gave me a detailed quote. Most shops do that now, but what stood out was how there was absolutely no pushback when I said I only wanted a new tire and my battery swapped. Most shops will upsell you to death and try to convince you to fix things that aren't absolutely necessary. Keith was great to work with. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel stupid for not knowing much about cars. Really appreciated that. Overall, solid experience and I'd definitely go back.

Comment : Trustworthy and competent place to cover all your car needs. I have a European vehicle other places choose not to work on however this place is honest with their pricing and taking care of all my family vehicles.
