Comment : I was referred to PFM by Mercedes Benz of Indianapolis on 96th, and the experience fully met expectations. Dennis and Keith were professional, responsive, and the service communication was next-level; fully explained both via phone and email correspondence. The quality of work from their technicians reflects a high standard. Any future service needed on my Sprinter will be handled here.
