Comment : I CHOOSE PFM AUTO AND FLEET BECAUSE OF THE GOOD REVIEWS! I MUST SAY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM JESSE WAS AWESOME! JESSE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO WORK WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY! JESSE ALSO SUBMITTED A ISSUE THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT WHICH SAYS THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! THANK YOU PFM FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE YOU PROVIDED!!

Comment : I've used PFM automotive sine I moved to Indiana. Very Trustworthy and they do a great job. Also very honest. I took my car in for noise I was hearing. They found the noise and figured out the minor problem.

Comment : I would highly recommend this shop. The guys were very communicative of what the issues were and it was only there a few days. Most shops take a very long time to let you know what is going on and for repair. This was not the case here. They also gave a breakdown of urgent repairs versus non-urgent and didn't try selling more. Very good experience overall!!
