Comment : We were on a trip to Milwaukee WI, my car developed a problem and luckily we were a few miles from Bethany MO. We found Pettijohn Ford and immediately Cody took care of us. He connected us with Brande for a rental car and then had everything done when we picked it up the following Tuesday. It all went so smoothly and we can’t thank them enough. Comment : I ordered mud flaps and told them to go ahead and put them on. The mud flaps were $100 which was fine. After waiting for an hour and a half I finally went up to the service desk only to see my car had already been finished and parked and wasn’t informed. Then when I got my ticket they had charged me $100 to put on the mudflaps which supposedly included a discount for waiting so long. They told me they had to predrill holes as if they’ve never heard of a self tapping screw. My mother in laws were put on in less than 15 minutes and wasn’t charged an arm and leg. Never again Pettijohns.
