Comment : Rented a car in NYC, woke up in the morning with a dead battery, Devon arrived to rescue, he was polite and kind and gave us a couple of tips to visit the area while we were waiting for Peter to come and open the door. In a matter of minutes the issue was resolved and we were able to enjoy our day! Fair price!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Was away for a weekend on one of the coldest weekends and my damn alternator went dead! They had great reviews so had my truck towed to their shop. Kept me informed of what was going with my vehicle and was ready when they said it would be.
