Comment : WARNING!! The manager, Michael, authorized his shop to put parts on my car, I did not authorize. When confronted, he was extremely rude, consistently talked over me, and refused to remove the parts and not charge me for them. His words, “let’s agree this is the last time we do business.” The inside of my car also smells like weed now. Good luck if you do business with this shop.

Writing on behalf of my father, since he is an older man and doesn’t speak good English This shop made two mistakes:

1. They messed up the bolt on oil pan ( dad only noticed that the oil was dripping after driving for 2months)
- we called them last week and they agreed to fix it after dealership told us it’s 1,500$ to replace the oil pan. Thank you Josh for fixing it and installing a bigger bolt…not sure if it will last long…we will see.

2. They messed up the Carfax mileage, instead of putting 128k , we got 178k. (See pictures) which dropped the value of the car from 12,000$ to 7,000$ by Carfax.
Josh (manager) told me that he will fix it but he never did, told me to come back next time….very disappointed. At this point they lost us as their customer.

Just talked to Mike operational manager - he agreed on fixing the Carfax on my dad’s vehicle. Communication is the key 🔑 thank you sir!

Comment : There are few places left that treat you like one of their own.
Context: Thanksgiving trip from AL to VA-9 hours. Passenger rear blowout on I85 northbound at about 4:15. We are missing the wheel lock key. They close at 5.

Shawn(hope I spelled that right) answered and went to work asking if a mechanic would stay late while she sent Clay and Justin to pick me and my family up. Jerry, Warren’s grandson, stayed late to start changing the tire.

We had a decision to make. 1 tire, 2 tires or put the spare on. We decided for one in case something else happened. After I’ve paid, Warren comes to let me know it’s all worse than we thought. Out of a genuine fear of safety he showed me that the other three tires were ready to blowout because of increasing splits along the outer wall/tread.

Jerry and another mechanic, whose name I forgot to ask (sorry!), stayed until almost 7 to make sure we were safe to get back on the road. Best 1500 I have ever spent and I couldn’t be more grateful for their team and the culture Warren has built since 2001.

If I could get all our work done on our two vehicles here, I would. Don’t hesitate to trust them. As a former auto repair manager, these people are the real deal.
