Comment : I trusted truck performance for a while until I realized they was taking my money and giving me the wrong diagnostic on my vehicle to up the price on the repair I took my crown Victoria to them a while back got it diagnosed and they charged me for it and gave a wrong diagnostic that would’ve put me close to a $1,000 out of pocket they told me it was a shortage in my wire the reason my car won’t crank and they while have to take my manifold off to find the wire so I didn’t have the money to fix it so I sold my car for a cheap price in need of money and because I couldn’t get the car to crank. The guy I sold the car to got the car to crank and it was only the shifter cable needed to be readjusted and changed, he didn’t pay anything to repair the car he only bought a shifter cable even tho he could’ve got by with the old shifter cable. These business nowadays are over charging us to keep their business going and it’s sad life is already to hard people have kids and etc. to take care of bills and everything this is not right and it’s not just truck performance it’s almost every business you go into you guys have to stop doing this to the United States but hey you guys will have to answer to all this on judgement day you might be doing great in life now but I guarantee your not happy within yourself wonder why everything keeps going down hill for you, wonder why your energy off, wonder why you having, marriage or relationship problems, wonder why your kids are disobedient god will punish you and the ones close to you for your wrong doing plz stop doing ppl like this I lost a whole good car because of the wrong diagnostic that you guys gave me I’m not a mechanic I would’ve fixed it myself if I was also this was one of my first cars that I had for bout 12 years made so many memories and etc was supposed to be fixing the car to give to my son now I have to start from square 1 all over

Comment : I took my Ford Ranger in for a coolant leak. Misdiagnosed as a bad radiator. These people looked at it 3 times without fixing. Lost $800 but got a new radiator I did not need. Nothing but young people posing as service writers. Took to Haigler Auto repair. Immediately found it was a leaking timing chain cover. Fixed and on my way. Very disappointed in owner letting this happen.

Comment : My 2022 Toyota Highlander AC went out en route to the beach so we called Performance Auto Repair and they said they could look at it. They performed an ac recharge ($500+) and assured us there were no detected leaks in the system. I specifically asked if their technician checked thoroughly for leaks and they said he did. Within 2 hours of us getting back on the road, all the freon leaked out. We took the car to a Toyota dealership and in their evaluation mentioned there was no dye in the system which would have been necessary for Performance to do the repair correctly. Upon calling Performance, they stated there must have been a glitch in their equipment and that's why there was no dye present. Of course there was no mention by Performance of making things right. They "got" me this time but I would not recommend this garage.
