Comment : They do not listen to the customer.They fix everything but what you came in for.I spent $7000.00 & had to bring it back only to be charged another $600.00 & I'm still experiencing the original problem. I also witnessed the owner Tom, telling his employees to take a part of of one customers car & put it on another. They want me to bring my car back in but my trust in this business is gone. Only one mechanic on duty.Don't fall for their smiles. Comment : If you like being lied to, having your car damaged, then being told after you pay for repairs that you have other repairs that were needed but instead we just used silicone to fix it, then damages my car, lies about it, tells me if I show him that it was not damaged prior he would talk to me about it. So I told him I have a video of it being towed to the shop, and you can see the damage is NOT on the vehicle there and when it was dropped off at the show, low and behold he stops communicating with me. Looks like another low life that will be sued. It was obvious what you did on accident to my car, just because it was old and or dirty you did not want to correct the issue. You are a liar and a scammer!! Beware all who bring your vehicles here. that $180 he charges to figure out what is wrong will be credited to your repair only after he finds something he can charge you for you do not need. Liar Liar Liar. Scammer Scammer Scammer. Comment : They take care of you and your car. I was referred to Autotyme by a good friend and have been using them for regular maintenance and repairs on two Toyotas and one Honda. They gave us the best price, saving us quite a bit of money, and completed the work in the time and for the price quoted. Comment : First time I take my wife's car in , they rotated her tires and I noticed 2 lug nuts gone, then I had to tighten an additional 6 nuts ( 3 were hand tight ) put my wife in danger .... highly pissed off , now both my cars will go elsewhere.
