Comment : The worse service i have ever seen, they wanted me to buy their parts and I didn t, so they decided to not complete my car inspection on time, I had to wait for more than 4 hrs.the Mecanic, the man at the register are not professional at all.I advice anyone who want a fast service to not come at this place. Comment : I used to go to the Metro Motor in Old Town and always had great service. I have come by this location 4 times and can never get in without waiting 3+ hours even showing up 20 minutes before they open. It's difficult to get in and out because of the small parking area and I will simply find another shop. Comment : Don t go that station if you want to save time.I had an appointment for oil change 10 am through their website online booking .They tricked when I showed up .They said there are 15 cars ahead of me .Its really stressful and could not appreciate.They don t have right to do this with our time .Be careful and think about it

Comment : Don't bother bringing your vehicle here if it's a larger vehicle. According to inspector, they won't fit on lift. Update 07 Dec 2025 Understandable that your inspector didn't want to do the safety inspection outside. My truck has actually been in the bay in question. Also, didn't have a problem fitting into a shop bay nearby your shop.

Comment : Had a fantastic experience with this shop this week- Marty helped me right away and was so trustworthy right away. I needed a drive shaft replaced after an accident, and had a hard time finding the part for a price I could afford. Marty found me the part I needed for half the price of another shop???s quote, and got it replaced in one morning. Comment : I came to this place to get my annual inspection and emissions testing done. I was able to drive in to the lot and walk in and was greeted instantly by the staff. I signed in saying I needed an inspection and emissions test and they gladly assisted. They took my keys and said it won't take too long. (fortunately I arrived when there was only one car in front of me). And they were right, about 30 minutes later the inspection was done. They did call while I was waiting to let me know some things that would fail if they didn't get fixed and gave me the cost. They also didn't say anything about me having to do it with them, they were just informing me. And of course, I was happy to have them fix it as the cost was well within reason. The staff behind the counter was also super friendly and helpful as well. And the waiting area is also relatively nice with plenty of snacks and drinks for purchase. I will definitely be going back to this place every time I need to get my car inspected now. Cannot recommend enough!I came to this place to get my annual inspection and emissions testing done.
