Comment : I have never written a review before, but the experience I received today has compelled me to do so. Upon arrival, everything was fine. I was waiting for my car to be ready, so I sat doing work on my laptop. A while after, an older worker came in from the garage portion and asked me if I was getting any work done and what I was doing. I told him I was doing work for my Physical Therapy degree from Misericordia University. He then proceeded to lecture me on how my degree is fake and worthless and made up by colleges as a cash grab, along with other healthcare professions, such as respiratory therapy. He then left for a while, and I continued doing my work. A few minutes later, he came and asked me about the car; I told him I was selling it soon and planned on buying a Genisis. He then proceeded to lecture me for ten minutes on how unpatriotic it was to buy a non-American-made car and how my generation does not care about the country. He even told me about how his wardrobe from his underwear to his socks are American-made. By this time, I was very disappointed with my experience, I came for a windshield replacement but instead got degraded and disrespected. Would not recommend going here unless you want to be lectured and disrespected. Comment : I was I Pennsylvania on a trip when my windshield cracked. Not knowing the area well, I checked the Internet. They had great reviews, so gave them a call. Very professional staff, and the job was completed promptly. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
