Comment : No one to greet you when you enter the front doors. The initial service question was looked down upon, and it seems like every interaction with an employee was down like the rain today. No smiles and very low vibrational energy. I hope it changes.

Comment : Had a little bad experience with the Rent-a-Car service that they have inside of the Mercedes Place they don't keep track of the cars dents and scratches that are on the cars instead they try to make you seem like if you did it when they've been there the whole time the lady is very rude she's the main lady that works at the Rent-a-Car service. Comment : Very bad service experience,I put the car in service at only 5000 miles as the engine light on and they said it s software updates,just left the car over on Thursday and when I picked up my car on Monday morning,smelled like a little perfume and then after few hours strongly smell of weed all over the vehicle even after 24 hours if 4 windows open!Cam back to the service dealer they said they can t do anything even without any investigation of their stuffs or anything!I coughed all da.I told them it couldn t happen to me or any of my friends passengers because I m allergic to all the smokes and also my daughter.They said none of their stuffs smokes but the manager Javier Salsido even didn t do any investigations and told me so!!!I called the policemen to confirm and get the report just in case anything like illegal weed transportation with my car involved in!Waiting for the police officerVery bad service experience,I put the car in service at only 5000 miles as the engine light on and they said it s software updates,just left the car over on Thursday and when I picked up my car on Monday morning,smelled like a little More
