Comment : I had to schedule another appointment to get my air conditioning fixed due to known manufacturer issues, and I was assigned to Derek to help me navigate the repair process. He was pleasant and professional, and made sure that my car was repaired in a timely manner as I needed my car for work. I had a good experience this time since Derek was assisting me, and would recommend him to oversee any of your car repair or maintenance needs

Comment : The vehicle was recalled in December. I had driven it for more than 3 years and the mirror was fine. After the recall, it was repaired because it had problems. After the repair, it often fell off within half a year, which is a great safety hazard. Today, it was repaired again, and I don't know how long I have to wait. It's terrible.
