Comment : I went to the collision center and Cesar "CJ" was able to help me out the day we agreed to check my vehicle for repairs, he asked me to wait for an hour while he was on the phone with the insurance of the person who hit my car and after that time he told me that the insurance was going to pay the fees charged at their location and we agreed to come back once the parts were in stock, this happened at the beginning of January and the bumper would be in stock the first week or second week of February. I was waiting for the call but I never received it and I decided to call at the end of February and the Supervisor ( I don't recall his name) told me that they had the part but the insurance wasn't paying their rates, and I told him that CJ already talked to the insurance to make sure they will, but he didn't even bother to check the situation with CJ. So, he just simply said let me investigate and I will return the call, and he never did. I decided to call again the next day and he just told me he was going to look into it, but again he never called me back (I'm still waiting for the call). Comment : I would give it zero stars but the lowest I can go is 1 star. Worst customer service and quality control ever. I should have already known from the start when Cesar never responded to emails or calls with me and my insurance company only after multiple attempts he would reply.I had some repairs on my truck from an accident. It took them 2 months to replace the bumper and paint after they already had the parts. After going back 4 times to pick up the "finished" only to find they missed spots and quality of the work only to be sub par. Finally got the truck back when it was raining, was told everything is done correctly. Only to see the next morning in the sunlight they still missed spots and the plastic they replaced is already faded. Tried reaching out and told to send pictures and still no response after sending pictures since Thursday of last week.I would avoid coming to the dealership at all cost and go to another gm dealer.
