Comment : I recently visited this dealership for a recall on my Audi s Auto Start/Stop feature, and the experience was far from satisfactory.First, when I called to schedule the appointment, the representative on the phone was unhelpful and simply transferred me to a voicemail. I left a clear message requesting a loaner vehicle, as the recall was their responsibility and I needed transportation for the day. (Tip: Always send an email or voicemail to have a record dealerships often "forget" these requests when you arrive.)When I got to my appointment, I wasn t surprised to see another customer arguing with a service tech about being denied coverage on his paid extended warranty. The excuses the dealership gave him were questionable, and it was clear they had no intention of honoring his coverage.My service representative showed little to no customer service. It seems that when they aren t making money off a repair (like in the case of a recall), their willingness to assist drops significantly. They promised a car wash but later claimed they "forgot." As for my loaner vehicle, I was told:1. They don t offer loaners at this location.2. Instead, they send customers to a Mercedes dealership to pick up a Toyota Camry as a rental.Overall, my experience was subpar. Fortunately, I didn t have to pay anything for the service, but the poor treatment of customers is disappointing. I ve heard great things about Rusnak Pasadena, but I came here because it was closer lesson learned.Sadly, it seems like many dealerships operate this way. In wealthier areas, customers often receive top-tier service, while in diverse communities, they do the bare minimum while pretending it s A+ service. Comment : These guys must be the bottom of the barrel choice. I took my 2014 Audi Q7 Quattro to have my Key Fob reprogrammed by the experts at Audi, since it is a ''ooohhh'' specialty work and noone else is capaple of doing it unless is an authorized Dealer..Well I made an appointment and I was quoted a phone price to have my key fob synchronized in order to open/close my doors and the trunk.. THAT"S ALL I WANTED..The ''scientists'' at West Covina Audi Led by DAVID, spent not one not two but S I X hours on my car and here is the end result..They did a walk around the car stating that my air pressure was low, that I needed new tires that the headliner needed to be replaced, that brake light wasn't working but now it does and a bunch of useless information that I never asked to be checked. Audi dealer of West Covina wasted 6 of my hours that I am not getting back and did nothing that they were asked to do.One thing I have to say when my wife tore David a ''new one'' for keeping our car for 6 hours and had no answers as to why they did not do anything about the key fob he then declined to accept payent of 259 that had quoted us for diagnosis. I guess he even saw the bull himself and decided enough is enough,Prior to us exploding with rage for the obscene amount of time spend, David attempted to request that we leave the car one more day for additional diagnosis and a grand price of 700 to 800 dollars cost of replacing to a new key Fob.Talk about bullshit if I know it..I suggest do your research before you offer your savings to those people.. Comment : Horrible customer service from this dealership, I ve been trying to get answers from their finance department for days and they refuse to help answer some questions I ve had for the last 2 weeks. After purchasing a used vehicle from them and experiencing a few issues mainly with a broken rear view mirror. I Took it back they needed to order parts and since then 2 weeks going they haven t given an update for when they will fix my issue. Comment : Same day used car purchase (Audi Q5) was smooth and pleasant. I called in the early am and connected with Jason K a sale rep. He was very nice and jumped to get the ball rolling on pulling the numbers together, pulling his team in (mgr and used warranty). By mid-day we had a deal ready. My wife and I drove from Ventura to West Covina on a Friday as they had treated us right. No haggling, fair deal. Comment : Go shop somewhere else you won t get a deal at this dealership. Audi Ontario and Riverside offer better deals and are transparent. This dealer is still living in Covid days adding unnecessary packages and markups to their vehicles. Envision dealer network is a JOKE.
