Comment : My experience at this shop was extremely disappointing.
The woman at the front desk treated me in a very disrespectful manner from the moment I arrived. I felt that I was being treated with suspicion and at one point I was even referred to as a thief, which was shocking considering she had never met me before.

They refused to show me what work was actually done on my vehicle and only cared about getting paid the amount they demanded. There was zero transparency or professionalism.

I sincerely hope I never have to deal with this place again. If I ever break down near their area in the future, I would rather pay five times more for a tow to another shop than step into this business again.

Comment : Twice they've switched out a headlight for me at no charge because I had my own replacement. They didn't have to help me, they still could've still charged me something for their inconvenience, but they didn't try to squeeze dollars out of me for their service and I love that for them.

Comment : I am new here in town the local person the business I walked in to have my exhaust manifolds replaced I had the parts and hands plus new manifolds and studs the lady at the desk reinsured me that it would cost me $3,500 to $5,000 to replace them and kept insisting on this price I'm slightly fairly decent mechanic did not want to do this job on the ground told me that it was going to cost me $110 each stud to drill out being so dumbfounded I drove away and got online I went to Laurel Hill garage not knowing them either I replace my exhaust manifold balance four tires which they had to vacuum out the beads because their truck tires replace the rear caliper and rear brake pads for $1, 000 just somebody explain this to me if you didn't want to do the job you should have just said you were not interested then again maybe I woke up with a sucker label on the top of my head don't always believe all of the reviews that you read on any company
