They failed me for a dash light. He knew it would FAIL because of the dash light. Instead of having a conversation, they still took my money and ran the test. All areas passed... except for the fact that my dash light was on. I know what the problem is ... I need a new gas cap for my 2011 truck, but did NOT know I would fail for that. So, thank you Pennells Auto ! U got me for $20 but will loose a customer forever! I was not a one time customer. Have had service prior and had also purchase a vehicle.
