Comment : after being quoted over 1000$ for an alignment due to some rust, i took my car to pennells and was quote 250$! Instead of replacing everything, they were going to fix it! People are all super kind, michelle at the front desk is super sweet and patient. If you’re looking for a local auto body shop, i’d recommend them!

Comment : Had a bad experience with the dealership who had my vehicle for a week with an A/C issue and never touched it. I picked it up with not so much as an apology or reschedule attempt. I then brought my truck to Pennell's. Diagnosed in the morning, ordered parts, fixed the next day. Joe is the best.

Comment : We are from Pittsburgh, PA and are visiting a friend in CT. We had unexpected car trouble during our visit & needed a tow to a local shop. On a whim, not knowing the area, we chose Pennell’s and are so glad we did. The car arrived around lunch on a Monday & was fixed nearly 24 hours later; alternator & belt job. We are so pleased. If we are ever in the area again & need car assistance, we will know where to turn. Thank you for your hospitality!

Comment : Might be better at working other models/makes, but they had a hard time dealing with a Chevrolet Cobalt. Spent an entire year asking them to check the breaks during routine tune up but it wasn't until the 5th time that they realized brakes were gone, had to make 3 appointments to get an engine light issue resolved and on the third appointment they handed me the keys to a car that now had an exhaust leak they were either oblivious to or lying about. From their sales directory it seems like they might be good at dealing with a Subaru
