I also find their prices to be very reasonable and the work quality is stellar.

Comment : Once again another great experience at PDX Automotive. Went in for my 75K service on my CX-5 and saved some money because they checked the spark plugs and determined they did not need to be replaced! What a pleasure to do business with this shop.

Comment : I am from outside the area of PDX and had contacted several shops to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car that was for sale near their shop. PDX was by far the most prepared to have a dialog with me about what is and is not included in the inspection, how much it would cost including some assuredly tests I wanted done. The scheduling was easy, the communication was great. After the inspection I received email with a very clear checklist report depicting the condition of the car and any concerns the mechanic discovered. We a very helpful phone conversation about the report where John answered every question I had and he made reasonable recommendations based on what they saw. Plus, John simply gave me his opinion of the car which was really great since I could not be there to appreciate the way you feel about a car when inspecting it. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend. The price of the service was more than fair and cane in under the originally quoted price.

Comment : Good job diagnosing the spider web in my fuel system and removing it. Great service, fast. Maybe a little pricey, but that's how things are now. Gotta make a living, I don't blame em.
