Comment : Terrible Customer Service Avoid at All CostsMy bf brought my car in for a brake repair, and the experience was a nightmare. Alex, the customer service tech, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The moment I asked a simple question about the repairs, he got irritated, snapped at me, and acted like I was an inconvenience.Instead of explaining things clearly, he was dismissive and condescending. When I tried to ask about pricing, he completely lost his temper and made me feel like I wasn t welcome. I ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and hostile employee at a car shop before.If you value good customer service and being treated with basic respect, take your business elsewhere. Comment : The manager Sandra and front desk worker Alex were AMAZING!! They kept me in the loop while I was waiting on my car to be fixed. Not only that they had all the answers to my questions which let me know they are knowledgeable in their craft.

Comment : I've been going to Paul's a short while but tonight was the definition of Amazing. I was able to get the entire problem my car was having fixed and financed at the same time, at only $97 every other week and only $10 down!Because of Paul's, I am able to safely get my child to daycare and myself to work. Comment : Very shady. I got a coupon for a $25 oil change, with the coupon saying it covered up to 5 liters of oil. My car is a 1.4L and it takes 4 liters for an oil change. I got there, and showed them the coupon, and they lied to me and told me my car takes an insane amount of oil (13 liters???, for my little car??) and so they charged me for 13 liters of oil, and only took OFF $25 from the total price. Then, shortly after, I received a check engine light. My car has never had an issue before, I take extremely good care of it. That light has never shown before. Comment : WOW! I mean WOW! The customer service at this garage is PHENOMENAL! I stopped by to get a quote on salsa spark plug issue, truck was throwing a bunch of codes. I left the truck for a dx. They drove me back to my house so I didn t have to call an Uber I d have someone get me. They called the next day letting me know the fuel injector system was throwing codes and misfires. Turns out they found Chevy had a service bulletin covering this issue that I had no idea about. The fix if I had to pay was almost 4k and that was the dealer quote! I paid for the diagnostic fee but was told I get that as credit with the brake service the truck is due for anyway, so no $ lost.Sandra in the front office is super nice and amazing! Between her and the tech that drove me home and worked on the truck you d be hard pressed to find a place that his customer service as amazing at this place.
