Comment : My whole family has been going to Paul’s for years and we have no complaints. The communication is always great, realistic options are always presented, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been completely professional. I would not say the prices are the cheapest I’ve seen, but they are very reasonable and always willing to meet you halfway. Plus at the end of the day you get what you pay for and with Paul’s, I know what I’m paying for and have never had regrets

Comment : Sons' car broke down on 84 and AAA towed it to Paul's, instead of home. I called Paul's to let them know the car was coming - Super nice and kind and responsive. Then realized the car should be towed home, to our regular Mech. AAA arranged it and said the car would go home not to Paul's. When I called back to let them know the car would not be coming their way, I was told it was already there (OIY) had to call AAA back and get that fixed - but asked Paul's not to inspect the vehicle and I was sorry for the confusion and mix up.
They were amazingly kind, patient and understanding. Based on that alone, if I lived anywhere near that part of CT, I'd use them without hesitation.

Comment : Paul’s Auto has saved me on three separate occasions! Yearly, I make a cross-country trip, and my car always starts to act up the week of.

The first time I visited was because a chain car repair place failed to fix my AC after three visits, and I needed to leave in only a couple of days. I called and they answered bright and early, happy to see what they could do. Within 30 minutes of drop-off, they had done an advanced analysis and knew exactly what the problem was. Not only did they give me the run-down, they also needed a part that wouldn’t ship in time, but could somehow artifice it from the shop?! I was amazed!!

They always offer payment plans and try to save you money when they can. Their technicians and front desk manager are extremely kind, trustworthy, and hard-working. I would recommend their shop to absolutely anybody! Although I live further away now, they are the only shop I will willingly go to lol- they’re the best!!

Comment : I've never been to an auto repair shop where the issues with my car were identified and explained so clearly, and questions were answered in such a helpful manner by Paul and Sandra. Going forward, this is the place I will trust with my car.
