Comment : I had an excellent experience at Paul?s Auto Repair in East Hartford. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding?especially thanks to Alex, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The service itself was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality, which is something you don?t always find at repair shops. What really stood out, though, were the extra touches. They offered rides and even helped arrange Uber transportation so I could get home and back to work while my vehicle was being repaired. That level of convenience is rare and truly appreciated.

On top of that, their pricing is very competitive, and they understand that car issues can come up unexpectedly. They offer payment plans for larger repairs, which makes a huge difference when you?re dealing with sudden expenses.

It?s not easy to find a shop that combines honesty, efficiency, and genuine care for customers, but Paul?s Auto Repair does exactly that. Highly recommend!

Comment : I don?t trust any mechanics that are not my own today I consider them as my own. They did a great job with My Mother?s car so much so that I brought them my own personal vehicle. Customer service is great I mean really great I don?t have any complaints whatsoever. I Could have never said this about any other mechanic shop I?ve ever been to. these guys are great. I just found my new mechanics. I will say this I was shocked at the prices in the good way great work great prices done in a timely fashion with loaner cars whenever available. Yep these are my new mechanic

Comment : Paul's Auto Repair was recommended to me by my sister Judy LaBelle who has been very pleased with the service she has received for her car. I went in for an oil change and was told a few other things needed to be done including I need new tires. I had the oil change done an the other things that needed to be done ASAP. The tires will be replaced at another time but I will be having them done at Paul's.

Comment : I have been using Paul?s Auto for a few years for all my automotive needs from brakes, tires,oil changes and all general maintenance. The entire team led by Sandra and Alex are so kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions I may have. It feels very comfortable there whether I leave my vehicle and take advantage of their shuttle service or decide to wait and hang out. The restroom and the waiting area are clean and welcoming and they even supply drinks and snacks for their customers. WHO DIES THAT ? I?ve never seen it anywhere else. Excellent, timely and reliable service with a smile always. Once you try them you?ll never go anywhere else. Why would you!!!
