Comment : Traveling for work my vehicle was shaking when I braked at high speeds. I was staying at a hotel and Paul’s Auto fit me in the same day. I ended up needing new front brakes and rotors. Their pricing was straight forward and the shop called me to verify everything before doing the repair. The shop was clean, well managed, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate that they even arranged a courtesy Uber ride to and from the hotel so I did not have to spend the day in the shop waiting room. I was just passing through town, but if I lived in the area I would definitely use this shop again.

Comment : Paul’s Auto Repair is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever dealt with. Their online service makes it super easy to schedule and stay updated on your vehicle — no guessing games or waiting for callbacks. The front desk staff, especially the two ladies up front, are incredibly nice, professional, and helpful — the kind of customer service you rarely see these days.

Their pricing is fair and transparent, and they work quickly and efficiently — I wasn’t waiting days or weeks like at other shops. They even offer a shuttle service, which made it easy for me to get back home while my car was being worked on.

Comment : Recently took my older Honda Accord to Paul’s for much needed service mainly complete brake job front and back, replaced 2 axels, new radiator and some additional minor services. I’m more than pleased at the fairness we were treated especially when I returned the following day with an additional issue that was not present on the day before. They fixed it promptly and had my car back running good again. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of good service with a smile!! Thanks! Again!
