Comment : I towed my 2008 bmw x5 the about 2 months ago for a diag for no crank no start because there website said they specialize in bmw. After day or two they called my girlfriend and said motor was shot and quoted us 8000 dollars for replacement which confused me on why a used motor would run that much i ask if can fi d the motor and they put it in they said respectfully they have to find it sort of understandable. So I couple days later I towed it to another shop who quoted me 5000 which I agreed to. After engine was put in still no crank no start after little trouble shooting come to find out it was the computer which I replace and programmed for less than 300. Oh let me back up after motor was replaced and before we figured out it was computer I did my own research comparing symptoms shifter stuck in park came to that conclusion at home on my without no equipment miles away from car. So what got me confused is I paid let auto for the diag how did they come the conclusion that motor was no good or did they do a half hazard job of diag and charged me for it. And what if I said yes to the 8000 would then diag figured out it was computer but now im 8000 on. IM NOT SAYING ANYTHING SHADY WAS GOING ON they were respectfully not pushing and professional just leaves u wondering how they come to that conclusion.

Comment : A few lights appeared on my dash and wouldn’t go away, so I called Pauls to ask him what I should do and they said to bring it down. They would check it out. My exhaust was beginning to sound loud as well, so I brought it down to them. They checked it out and I needed some O2 sensors. I needed catalytic converter and they were able to use the back end of my exhaust pipe and it was done in four days, which, in my opinion based on what I was told by them was fine my husband could drive me where I needed to be so my Van wasn’t needed because of that!
They even vacuumed very well inside my van and washed the interior and the glass and I was so happy because that was an unexpected blessing!
