Comment : Today we went to Burns to look at a few potential trucks. I am not going into a huge dissertation about the whole process. Let it suffice to say that i got the truck of my dreams with the best trade deal I could have hoped for! Originally spoke with Terry who couldn't be there today. So I dealt with CJ an TJ! The entire dealership is spectacular! I must tell you I was a bit skeptical to go to a used vehicle dealer, but any worries were erased in an instant! Honest, forthcoming and fair. Comment : Great buying experience, no worries with anything. Cj helped me out, made the process very easy and bought a beautiful truck. Thank you burns auto!!Edit: buying experience was top notch. As to be expected to get buyers in and out the door however, the after experience was a little less stress free.Bought a 2020 f250 powerstroke from them, beautiful truck, and as a mechanic i had a few issues. Brakes were very rusty, transmission pan looked to be leaking, running boards not working properly, broken antenna and a couple other issues. Most were taken care of before I picked up the truck but so many of these things could have been fixed before I payed for the truck such as a broken tail light and antenna and a non centered steering wheel which i also had to pay to get an alignment. I told them I wanted 4 wheel brakes done and asked if all services where done to the truck and I got a yes. They dropped off the truck after saying they completed all the maintenance and issues i had with the truck so I did my own full inspection on a lift and unfortunately the rear brakes were still shot, the transmission pan was leaking (thankfully still under power train) and not a single service was done to the truck maybe an oil change but the oil life was never reset so I did it myself. Air and cabin filter, both fuel filters, and all fluids in the truck were not touched until I changed everything. After calling about 10 times and sending videos to them with the messed up brakes paul agreed to pay for them. My whole point of this rant is to let them and anyone reading this know, they need to step up their repair game in their shop pre and post purchase so their customers don't have to go through 2 months of hassle to get a 60k truck fixed after they just purchased it.
