Comment : Totally do not respect your time. The girl at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. Waited a half hour from my appointment time and when I asked how much longer I could expect to wait she was uninterested in getting up from her chair to find out.

The technicians did an excellent job repairing my vehicle???it???s like brand new again! They went above and beyond by not only fixing the car but also washing and painting it, making it look spotless. The interior was cleaned thoroughly as well, which was a pleasant surprise. Comment : Our car was hit by someone else and Paul's made excuse after excuse as to why they wouldn't take the car because they don't like the insurance company that the other person was carrying. Was deceptive about whether or not they would work on the car, ultimately wasting a lot of our time.
