Comment : The vehicle is running better than before. The turnaround of dropping my vehicle off, ordering parts, fixing the problems, was 2 days. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Comment : Asked if they could check my serpentine belt to see if I needed replaced. I Spoke to Izzy over the phone and he said sure bring it on down in like 30 minutes but he never told me there was gonna be a charge of $50 to do that. It turned out there was nothing wrong with it. I had it done like 26,000 miles ago that they had the Carfax to prove I actually found the paperwork where I got it done after I took my car in. They did all these other under hood checks that I really Wasn’t interested in at this time. I called Rizzoli’s and asked them how much to check my serpentine belt and they said free.🤷?♀ Next time, I’ll ask if there’s a charge before I ask repair shop to check something. They are approved by AAA, but so is Rizzoli’s.
