Comment : My experience at Patriot Chevrolet in Warminster has always been great. The dealership is always clean, and inviting. Service department assistant service manager Tim Ralston has always helped my wife and I during each service visit. Tim is really nice, and very knowledgable. We also appreciate the service technicians thorough breakdown via video of our Equinox during each visit. The techs always do a great job in a timely manner. At Patriot Chevrolet of Warminster, you can tell everyone cares. Thank you!

Comment : From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we were greeted by cheerful Valeria Hrackova, our sales rep for the very first electric car we were thinking of buying. Valeria answered all our questions about the vehicle, various discounts and spent time to show us the vehicle, its features, and have us test drive. Her deep knowledge of the particular electric vehicle and other similar vehicles from competitors (like Tesla) made us feel comfortable with our decision to buy from Chevy. Her honesty and kindness made us truly enjoy our car buying experience. When we need to buy another car, we will definitely look for Valeria and the Chevy team that supports her.

Comment : Purchased a new vehicle. The night of the purchase, it was a downpour and we did not have a chance to see some of the issues with the vehicle. There was a golf ball size dent in the hood, latch handle on cargo storage compartment did not function, and the car was not cleaned and detailed. A few days later, the AC broke. It took nearly a month for all of these issues to be rectified. While I can appreciate the issues were resolved and one of the employees did us a favor by driving 90 minutes to us to take the vehicle for service, overall the customer service was poor. Lack of accountability and lack of responsiveness were a consistent issue for us. We did not feel like a valued customer who just spent a lot of money on a vehicle. Do not even bother contacting the GM of the store - he did not bother to return two of our phone calls or respond to the 7 total emails he was included on. This was our first and last time working with this dealership.

Comment : Took ownership of a 24 Colorado late October. Took it in for warranty work on drivers fender paint and Right rear door alignment/ paint early December with less than 350miles on the odometer. Truck was returned to me damaged. Scratches (some deep, some minor) and overspray on literally every single panel and glass. Dealer attempted to buff damaged areas multiple times to no avail. Damage is still visible in many areas as well as plastic damages on mirrors and fender flares. January 7th was authorized to replace truck with a 25 Colorado with same options. I was assured they would make this right and I would be out no money. Build order submitted that afternoon.Late march I get a notification the replacement truck is expected to arrive any day. Now they want to start a new loan at a higher interest rate AND longer term. Not to mention discrepancies with financed amount. I refuse to accept this offer. I have suggested a vin swap on the original loan and title multiple times now as this should be handled and have been getting the runaround for over a week( not including the several months wait for the replacement truck to be built. Beyond frustrated with Patriot Chevrolet of Warminster, PaI just want the NEW TRUCK I am making payments on to be NEW Looking! This is a disgrace of a situation. And their idea of making this right with the customer is appalling! The fact that they think they can pawn off this situation on the customer is insane.Any advice for me would be greatly appreciated.Some of the many pictures and videos attached.Took ownership of a 24 Colorado late October.
