Comment : Recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Patriot. Dealt with Jay Paugh and the entire sales experience from start to finish was excellent. Jay was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make the deal work for us. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Patriot, and all of my experiences have been positive. There were even some minor issues with our new vehicle after purchased and the issues were fixed quickly and efficiently, no questions asked. I would highly recommend Patriot to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Comment : We used to own a 2021 4Runner Nightshade and got fooled into trading it in for a more premium 2023 Highlander Platinum. Good car, but we ended up regretting the purchase and kept our eyes peeled for a similar 4Runner for sale. As luck would have it, over a year later, we came across a 21 Nightshade at Patriot CDJR.I put in a request for information and got connected with Clayton, who made the purchase process so, so easy even though we live 5-6 hours away from the dealership. He was even honest about trade-in value for our Highlander, and encouraged us to sell locally if we could get more for it. Long story short, we did just that.It took a few weeks (logistics on our end, not Clayton s or the dealer s), but we just arrived home with the 4Runner after meeting them halfway for delivery. We re thrilled with the truck, the process, and our cost.Big shout out to Clayton for making the sale, and to the delivery guys who met us today. Appreciate all the help. Comment : I bought a brand new Jeep from them had three warranty clutch repairs then a catastrophic failure made me pay around $20,000 in repairs after they had my 3-year 30,000 Mi warranty Voyage at 17,000 miles because they me for there manufacturer defects which came out for the clutch a year later after I paid 18,000 plus 2008 engine damage out-of-pocket they finally agreed to do the recall it didn't work the clutch failed again Chrysler refused to pay for the fix Jeep Patriot Motors gave me no discounts or fixing they are horrible I wouldn't buy water from them if I was in the desert trust me they have no Integrity whatsoever my Jeep now is total because of the transmission failure again and I ended up having legal problems because of mechanical malfunction Chrysler didn't honor the original bumper to bumper warranty my Jeep 25,000 MI pulling out of Patriot Motors got stuck in the show after repair refusal on the recall drive to get in gear got thrown into traffic MLG materials I got hit head-on trying to make a right turn but this all starts because of Chrysler and jeeps incompetence and their dishonor and Patriot Motors has no honor integrity I wouldn't buy anything from them they treated me search disrespect I would have been better off getting a car from the Taliban I bought a brand new Jeep from them had three warranty clutch repairs then a catastrophic failure made me pay around $20,000 in repairs after they had my 3-year 30,000 Mi warranty Voyage at 17,000 miles because they me for there More
