Comment : Well, I drove my truck in there told him what was going on and gave him the truth and what the truth did was what send on my way they turned me away because the dealership turned me away. They turned me away and they said oh it’s gonna be at least two weeks Before I can get to it so I called them back a couple days later when I was having trouble doing it myself asking if I had a towed in on that two week mark and they says we’re not able to accommodate you because it has to be physically here for the entire two weeks. So I asked to speak to the big boss that I spoke with on Monday and it turns out nobody ever wanted to return my phone call on questions about dropping it off with a tow truck, so they’re obviously too busy and likes to refuse work like the dealership must be nice When you’ve been burned by every shop in town

Like I said, where do you go when you have nowhere to turn and people wanna know why they commit suicide when they get turned away what’s the point of living anymore?

Comment : I did not take pictures of our cars or the gentleman that is over the oil change. I had rode by and seen the pennzoil sign. We were driving to forest city NC to get our oil changed due to our regular sold his buisness and they changed to Castrol. I stopped in one day and asked for pennzoil and it was a main brand. I was elated 20 mins from home and the gentleman over the oil changes is the sweetest. He made me feel very welcome and I loved talking to him. He made my feeling of anchiousness go to happy and laughter within a few mins. I have never had anything else done to my car there. They did not get me a 4 page list of everything that was wrong with my car either just to make money. We go there with all of our vechicles now and use syentic oil we have not had 1 issue. I took my daughter and she said they were fast and asked about her car. Thank you for the great service and always making me feel at home when I am there!

Comment : I’ve been taking my vehicles to Parr’s for a decade, and my dad before that. Great, honest folks here. Our go-to for oil changes and auto repair, and they also have tires too.

Comment : I got a flat tire pulling off I85. Each of folks at Parr's couldn't possibly have been nicer. They let me bring my dog inside because it was so hot, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. And to top it off, the cost was very reasonable.

Comment : Daughters car had a flat along I-85, stopped at QT, AAA towed to Par 3. Huge kudos to Shane who stopped in on July 4th to check on the car and took time to inspect and put on two new back tires.
