Comment : I purchased two tires, mounted and balanced. The bill wasn't itemized and was a lot more than expected.
I had my oil changed recently, and when I got on the highway, the plastic undercover began scraping the pavement. I got home and found they had failed to put the retaining bolts back in, and instead just snapped it into place.
I won't be going there again.

Comment : I came down here to help with Helene clean up, and my brakes went out in the mountains. While the other tire and brake shops passed me around like a hot potato, this shop actually took the time to help me. They explained everything to me, treated me with respect, communicated efficiently, and took on the job of fixing my rusty brakes, making them trusty brakes again. It can be hard to know who to trust with your vehicle when you aren't from the area and don't know anyone in the area. I'm very grateful I landed at Parr 3.
If you need honest work done on your vehicle, this shop shines in that department.

Comment : Don't recommend I came here to get an alignment and alignment cam pin press back in ,they told me they had to weld them back .I got the truck back and got home and put it on ramps to look at it good it started making a clunk noise.i check it and looked at there welds they where bad and on the passenger side, all the welds didn't hold and they damaged the control arm bushing when they put a grinder to grind the welds down he gridded half the bushing which is making the clunking noise .I went back to the shop to complain. I told him I wanted a refund and for him to pay for damages done he refused and got the worker out and the worker said he didn't do it. I payed almost 400 dollars for nothing just for them to cut my control arm bushing up ,the alignment that was done is gone.

Comment : My wife took my truck in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The work was done and the price is fair. My complaint is I wish they had told her I needed brakes and a new bearing. I guess I’m still searching for a local tire and brake shop in the upstate that is comparable to what I’m used to.

Comment : No Problems pulling in and having them to check my tire pressure when my light would come on ,The Short black Man VERY NICE ,GREAT Attitude always helped !!!
