Comment : I got a flat tire pulling off I85. Each of folks at Parr's couldn't possibly have been nicer. They let me bring my dog inside because it was so hot, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. And to top it off, the cost was very reasonable.

Comment : Daughters car had a flat along I-85, stopped at QT, AAA towed to Par 3. Huge kudos to Shane who stopped in on July 4th to check on the car and took time to inspect and put on two new back tires.

Comment : I purchased two tires, mounted and balanced. The bill wasn't itemized and was a lot more than expected.
I had my oil changed recently, and when I got on the highway, the plastic undercover began scraping the pavement. I got home and found they had failed to put the retaining bolts back in, and instead just snapped it into place.
I won't be going there again.

Comment : It amazes me how many people complain after a business makes one mistake. These guys are really good people and go out of their way to make sure job is correct. Norman and Shane know everything there is to know about an automobile and they are not in business to rip anyone off. I've had several vehicles worked on and Shane always makes sure everything is good before I pick my vehicle up. It's just ridiculous reading some of the comments on here. Don't be afraid to take your cars here. These guys are awesome! Sammy F

Comment : I came down here to help with Helene clean up, and my brakes went out in the mountains. While the other tire and brake shops passed me around like a hot potato, this shop actually took the time to help me. They explained everything to me, treated me with respect, communicated efficiently, and took on the job of fixing my rusty brakes, making them trusty brakes again. It can be hard to know who to trust with your vehicle when you aren't from the area and don't know anyone in the area. I'm very grateful I landed at Parr 3.
If you need honest work done on your vehicle, this shop shines in that department.

Comment : I never worry about whether the work will be done or if the price will be fair. I know this is an honest and capable automobile service and repair center.
