Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Very dishonest. Dropped off monday. They gave runaround Tuesday and Wednesday. Lied when asked for updates. Ended up taking vehicle elsewhere for repairs.

Comment : These guys are great , everyone from the front desk ,the oil change department and the tire and alignment shop are awesome. We use them for our daily driver vehicles and also my service buisness vehicles. They have changed tires, changed oil,repaired tires , they keep our cars alligned also some repairs and I have always been happy with the services and prices..

Comment : Part of my engine shield came off while driving on the highway. I was fortune that I made it to the car shop of Parr 3. Incredible friendly and helpful staff that fixed my car on the spot. Thank you very much and Happy Holidays!!

Comment : Parr 3 did the rear brakes and rotors on my truck, replaced 3 tire sensors, and rotated the tires, they did a great job and are very nice folks, very satisfied!!!!!
