Comment : Had my fuel pump fail on my Blazer, used AAA for a tow and they sent over Parmenter’s towing service. AAA estimated a wait time of 75 minutes, but the tow driver called and told me he’d be there in 20 and verified all of my information. Jesse P was doing the tow and was super patient with waiting for me to come out. He safely got my car 37 miles back to my house and my boyfriend also agreed that he provided a great service with the drop off. We will be requesting parmenter for any future towing service (hopefully not with my car). Thanks Jesse and Parmenter for the great service!

Comment : I am an Uber driver from Pittsburgh and took a rider on a very long trip right on the border of Pa and NY. I needed to charge my EV, which is how I ended up in Horseheads. As soon as I started my long trip home, I realized I had a flat tire. I rent a car through Uber and Hertz and long story, short, was having a very difficult time getting them to maintain the vehicle, namely they literally gave it to me with bald tires. I am a mom of 5 and disabled, so I Uber to support my family. As soon as morning hit, I limped my vehicle to a different tire shop, only to be told that there was no way they could squeeze me in to put on one tire. So the next closest shop was Paramenter. Ray Benjamin, the store manager (and angel on Earth), saw how bad all four tires were, heard me crying on the phone, and way above and beyond to help me. I'm a complete stranger and he was genuinely concerned for my safety. He and everyone at the shop has restored my faith in humanity. They were amazing. Ray- I thank you from the bottom of my heart and will pay it forward- which is the only thing he requested of me. I cannot say enough good things about the shop, you won't be disappointed!
