Comment : I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership from start to finish. My Tahoe required an engine replacement at just 23,000 miles, which was frustrating enough. While the vehicle was in their care, the dealership damaged my otherwise pristine vehicle by denting it. What followed was an unacceptably long repair process that required multiple trips back to the body shop before the damage was finally corrected. In addition, the stereo and audio system have never worked properly, and the dashboard display intermittently goes out. For nearly two years, I have been told the same excuse?that ?engineers are working on a solution??yet neither issue has been resolved. The most troubling issue involves the rental car provided through Hertz while my vehicle was in the shop for several months. Despite being assured by the dealership that the rental was fully covered, I have been receiving repeated payment demands from Hertz for over six months. I have personally brought the paperwork to the dealership multiple times and have been told the matter was ?taken care of,? which is clearly not true. This dealership has consistently failed to follow through and has provided misleading information. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
