Comment : Still an amazing facility! Have been using Parkway for all my auto repair needs and they never disappoint! Honesty and integrity? Check. Professional and friendly? Check. Informative with your safety as their first priority? Check. What more could you ask for with a mechanic? If you're not using Parkway you are not using the best! Ask for James and he will always treat you right!

Comment : Hands down the best auto shop experience I?ve ever had. From the moment you walk into Parkway Car Care, you can tell they genuinely care not just about cars, but about people. I recently came in for a simple oil change and was treated with so much kindness and respect. They took the time to explain things about my car in a way that actually made sense, and shared helpful maintenance tips so I can take better care of it long-term. I never felt rushed, or pressured into anything.
What really sealed my trust with them was when I had my mom?s transmission replaced here last summer. That?s a big, stressful repair anywhere but Parkway Car Care handled it flawlessly. Her car has had absolutely zero issues since. The work was done right the first time and it came with a warranty. That peace of mind is priceless. It?s rare to find a shop that combines true technical skill, honesty, and outstanding customer service but this place does all three. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Comment : I am a returning client of Parkway Car Care but I ran in there 15 Min before closing on a Friday night to get my car inspected. Most would think that would be too much to ask, even for a returning client. But instead of sending me away, James went out of his way to make it happen for me. He told me he appreciated my family?s continued business with Parkway Car Care and took care of the inspection without any delay. Then as if that wasn?t enough the offered to test my battery for free while they were doing the inspection. Great customer service! Thank you James and Parkway Car Care.
