Comment : Hands down the only place I trust with my vehicle. Honest folks who back their work, and genuinely take pride in what they do. After taking my car in for a pretty dangerous engine failure issue, they informed me that it was a manufacturer error and I'd have to have the dealership take care of it (since it was their fault.) Not only did they not charge me for the diagnostic, but they proceeded to be there checking in on me throughout the process to make sure the dealership wasn't screwing me over. Anything the dealership recommended, I'd call Parkway and ask about, and they'd tell me straight whether I was being upsold or not, and how to respond to ensure I was getting appropriate service.
Great shop, super responsive and helpful techs. Cannot recommend them enough!

Comment : I had to visit for an inspection and brake fluid flush and James at the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave me some good advice for if I need a new car and made sure I knew what went on with everything that was done.

Still probably gonna get a new car, though, so the advice is much appreciated!😂

Comment : I had an issue with my car’s AC not blowing cold air, especially with this Texas heat, and brought it in to get checked. From the start, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary, and got the repair done in a timely manner.

What I appreciated most was the transparency and communication throughout the process. Pricing was fair, and the quality of work was solid—my AC is now blowing ice cold again.

If you’re dealing with any car issues Parkway is the place to go.
