I'm getting my car winter ready and possibly going back on the road for work. I called a few locations for a car alignment and they were most reasonable. After checking out the car, I needed something important before doing the alignment. Of course, that always hurt from the cost. They were so kind to get it taken care for me that day so I could get back on the road to Dallas. The staff was super kind and they gave me a loader car until the work was done.

Comment : Parker has Excellent service. I am on my 2nd car and I have not had any issues after I have taken my car in. The guys have answered questions I have over the phone and made adjustment to fit me in at the last minute. I really appreciate their service and their williness to answer my questions since I know very little about cars.
