Comment : Customer service was very good. However the pricing was outrageously criminal, I paid over $600 for diagnostics which was not that big of deal but still very much overpriced. The real crime was the $9300.00 quote they gave me to replace the turbo in my car which was more than double what I am now being charged by the BMW dealership where I purchased the car. On top of that was pitched an offer to finance this service, that should tell you everything you need right there. In today’s economy it’s hard enough, please stay away from people that would also rob you.
