Don't Just Do Their Job, Explain The Job. Keep It Up! 1 Reviews Nancy carey West Monroe, LA Reviewed : 07/07/2025 Comment : I had a great customer service at Parker Tire and Alignment. My car needed extensive work, and I was provided with a loaner vehicle while repairs were being completed. I received updates almost daily and am extremely happy with their work. 1 Reviews Kayla palmer West Monroe, LA Reviewed : 07/07/2025 Comment : Went in for an alignment and the Parker staff got me taken care of. My car drives better now than when I bought it in Jan 2023. They did a full service inspection and gave recommendations on some things that need to be fixed. I personally was unable to get those recommended services due to $$$ but will be using Parker’s again. Pleasant encounters with each staff member I spoke with. 1 Reviews Hailey sunderland West Monroe, LA Reviewed : 07/03/2025 Comment : Took four hours to put one tire on, tested my suspension without my permission(taking off all four tires) when I told them that I just needed them to put the tire on and that’s it bc the truck already needs an alignment, ended up breaking a stud on a irrelevant tire and tried to charge me 140 dollars to fix it. Thankfully I know enough and will be fixing it myself for fifteen dollars. Will not be going here again. I do not care if they comment saying they commonly break, the point is they should have just fixed my one tire and left the others alone 1 Reviews Tabitha brown West Monroe, LA Reviewed : 07/03/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Brooklyn bridge West Monroe, LA Reviewed : 07/02/2025 Comment : ⭐ 1 star – Business owners beware: overpriced, underdelivered, and proudly clueless.I run a business myself—different field, same foundational rule: you can be fast, cheap, or high quality… pick two. These folks somehow managed to be none of the above and still had the audacity to hand my dad a quote like it was written in Monopoly money. He brought in his 2019 Ford F-150 because it was stalling at red lights. They diagnosed a timing chain issue and slapped him with a $7,300 (before tax) estimate. For context, we had multiple reputable shops quote the same job at $1,500–$2,000. That’s not just a markup—that’s a hostage negotiation with bad coffee. Now, maybe they thought the price matched “quality,” but spoiler alert: it doesn’t. The moment my dad declined, they switched gears to financing offers—like that’d make highway robbery more digestible. When that didn’t work, suddenly they were “willing to work with him.” Which only proves they knew the price was bloated in the first place.Worse? After paying $750 just to get the truck out of there, they returned it running worse than before. New check engine light (which wasn’t there before), rough idle, and it’s clear either they reassembled it wrong or someone back there got petty with a wrench. Either way—unacceptable.Bottom line: these guys either have no idea what they’re doing, or they know exactly what they’re doing—and that’s even worse. We walked away with a lighter wallet, a still-broken truck, and a new understanding of what not to trust in a repair shop.If you value your time, money, or engine health, take your F-150—and your business—somewhere that doesn’t treat “friendly” like a smokescreen for shady.
