Comment : Service appointments are incredibly quick and easy at Paradise. From the time my mother and I purchased our Chevy Colorado back in 2016, every single service from then until now (even amidst a pandemic) has been  super easy.
My service provider is Octavio Perez, a genuinely helpful person. He seemingly has a desire to make service appointments as efficient and enjoyable as possible, and he's crushing it. Today, I had a routine oil change appointment, and I was in and out of Paradise within 20 minutes. After asking me about my quarantined college semester and my job at Toppers, I signed a few papers and was ready for departure. I was told the truck would be ready in about an hour, so Octavio kindly offered me a shuttle back home and I waited no more than eight minutes in a comfortable lobby chair for the driver.
The ride home was unmatched; I knew the gentleman from previous times he had shuttled me home, so it was a comfortable ride full of familiar conversation.
At this time, I am awaiting a text back saying that the truck is ready for pick up, and I can truthfully say I am looking forward to it. Overall, it has been a hassle-free, enjoyable experience. 5 Stars, from this college kid.

Comment : We took our truck in about a month ago and was left at the shop for about a week. When we picked it up we noticed stuff was missing and it looked like someone searched through it. My husband called the shop and the receptionist said she was going to have the manager call. We never heard back from anyone. I called myself two days later and spoke to the same girl she knew who I was and apologized for not calling back. She again said she was going to have the Manager call me or she herself was going to call regardless that same day. The manager Benny called me the next morning and supposedly they had a 'break in'. How does a vehicle get 'broken into' with no broken windows? Did someone forget to lock it?  Anyway they replaced one of the missing things but we're still waiting on something else. They keep giving us the run around on it and they promised to call back on Wednesday and till then we haven't heard back from Benny. This is ridiculous! What kind of customer service is this?

Comment : Bought a new truck on Christmas Eve, had a concern.
Nothing to do with service , I emailed Larry, and after a couple phone calls we had it all worked out.
They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
Shout out to Larry, Kim, Armondo, Todd, and Jeff.
I appreciate how you went beyond to help me.
Thank you.

Comment : Just bought a used truck from Paradise...they managed to work with me and get me a deal that I couldn't refuse! Their customer service is unmatched by any of the other dealerships in the Ventura Auto Mall.

Comment : Its been a complete nightmare trying to fix my car here, octavio was the guy helping me. When I first got there he charged me for 2 diagnostic fees, then determined there was a sensor problem it took them about 4 days to change the sensors, was without a car. Was never offered a ride or compensation. After i was charged $1400 to change the sensors and break booster. The issue re occurred and the engine light came back on, octavio helped me again charged me another $160 to check the problem which was the same sensors he had already ???fixed???, when we spoke i told him if he could just make sure he could at least get the smog done there with those $160 he said yes. He Called me the next day and he told me they couldn???t smog it there but still charged me the $160.
The stigma that dealerships have is completely true you guys charge an arm and a leg and take advantage of your customers every chance they get!
I will not only not recommend you guys, i will discourage everyone that i know to not go here. Unless you guys make this right.

Comment : I wasn't informed when my car was done and i was supposed to be told if my car needed a new air filter which i know for a fact that it does need one and the person that was attending me didn't even bother to tell me after he said he would let me know. My second time around was not a good experience compared to my first. He didn't even bother to look at my file to see that i had a free oil change. He started off with the payment. Was not happy with the service the second time around.
