Comment : I’m from Portland Oregon and my AC quit on me in the middle of a heat wave while driving through Twin Falls. I called about 10 shops in town and everyone was either trying to sell me on a whole new AC system or couldn’t get me in for 3 days. I called Neil and he got me in same day without trying to upsell me, determined the issue, and had parts ordered in 30 minutes on a busy day. He told me it would be a couple days to fix due to shipments, but had my truck fixed and ready a day early. Not only did he fix my AC sooner than expected, but he also replaced my cabin air filters while he had my truck in his shop. When I arrived to pick my truck up I found cash in my cup holder. I asked him if he or one of his mechanics left it in there, he said he found it In my truck while swapping the cabin air filter. I guarantee 9 out of 10 mechanics these days would have taken the money without saying anything, but Neil is an honest, hard working man and he said he would never take anything out of a customer’s vehicle. If I can give this guy 10/5 stars I would. Out of the many mechanic shops in this town, Palmers is where you need to take your vehicle for an honest price, fast service, and quality work.
