Comment : Had to get my tires replaced here when they were slashed a couple years ago. Today, I brought my car in again because another tire was flat, and they identified a faulty air valve, fixed it, and then chose not to charge me when they realized it was a tire I had bought here. Very happy with how quick, professional, and committed to customer service they seem to be here.

Comment : I stopped by for a simple tire patch after picking up a nail, but the staff flat-out refused to help, stating they "don't work on Mercedes." Even after I explained it was a universal tire issue, they still turned me away. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the trouble and head to Serrano?s Tire & Auto Repair on York instead..they charged me just $30, had it fixed in under 10 minutes, and were incredibly kind!

Comment : As someone very naive about car mechanics, I could have easily been upsold on unnecessary services. However the folks at Palmer were extremely honest, and told me that certain services were not needed. Instead they refilled my tires, free of charge and educated me on helpful car maintenance tips.

I?m so glad to have found an honest and kind mechanic shop. I would recommend Palmer to anyone

Comment : Wanted to gatekeep this place because its so rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Jeff is the real deal. Jeff honest, transparent, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for integrity and great service.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : It's a busy shop and it's no surprise. They are very honest in their breakdown of car problems and if anything are reluctant to make repairs, doing their best to save you money if at all avoidable. This is unusual in this realm, of course, or in any technical field where there is an imbalance between expert knowledge on the one side and relative na?vet? on the other (lots of opportunity to take advantage of customers, in other words). Repairs are quick and honestly priced (I may be naive but I do my research!) and I'm happy to have such a good shop so close to home.

Comment : So far my experiences are based only on two flat tire plug repairs, but each time they have been prompt and professional. Everyone I have asked about their repair experiences at Palmer speak glowingly and I will take my car there for repairs when the warranty expires.
