Comment : It's a busy shop and it's no surprise. They are very honest in their breakdown of car problems and if anything are reluctant to make repairs, doing their best to save you money if at all avoidable. This is unusual in this realm, of course, or in any technical field where there is an imbalance between expert knowledge on the one side and relative na?vet? on the other (lots of opportunity to take advantage of customers, in other words). Repairs are quick and honestly priced (I may be naive but I do my research!) and I'm happy to have such a good shop so close to home.

Comment : So far my experiences are based only on two flat tire plug repairs, but each time they have been prompt and professional. Everyone I have asked about their repair experiences at Palmer speak glowingly and I will take my car there for repairs when the warranty expires.

After my wife received some outrageous quotes for repairs at the dealer I took it to Palmer Auto for a second opinion. Alex gave me a much better quote and the car was returned to us a few days later running better than ever. A pleasure to deal with and will be returning for our motoring needs in the future.

Comment : This is a love letter to Jeff. When a former roomie recc’d him & everyone at Palmer to me 4 years ago, I didn’t know this would become my longest term relationship with a man in this town. Jeff is efficient; intuitive, and has an immovable integrity. A grease monkey and a scholar. He goes the extra mile- he’s talked me OUT of thousands of dollars worth of services prescribed by big franchise shops. Seen my everything from a Honda to an MGB to my Caddy. ~?Mr. Worldwide!~

I am in love with Jeff. He’ll take care of you, him and his team have looked out for me more than I even thought I needed it.

Comment : I've been going to Palmer's for over 13 years. Jeff is so honest and he will only repair what is necessary. He is straight up and charges a decent price. He also carries tires. Arrive early as many people will be waiting for the shop to open. He's not open on weekends.
