Comment : We thought it was pleasant until we decided to change the brakes on the vehicle. They listed the brakes as good and passed our vehicle for state inspection, but a second opinion not even a week later states the brakes should not have passed, or at least the the driver side brakes at the very least which leads me to believe your techs either did not look at the brakes at all or they only checked passenger side brakes and thought that was enough. That is an absurdly dangerous practice that could get someone killed.

Comment : A couple weeks ago I got my state inspection done, battery replaced, brakes/rotors replaced, and tires rotated here and they did a great job. Car runs much smoother now, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and I have no complaints at all. Will be going back for future auto repairs.

Comment : I went almost 2 months without a truck kept going from mechanic to mechanic because no one seemed to find the issue why my coolant leaked, until I found new castle auto repair who actually took the time to find the problem and execute with a solution and they kept me updated the entire time and had no issues with them.they were professional and never beat around the bush. Highly recommend

Comment : I stopped in to see about making an appointment for a concern I had with my car. I was asked if I had time for a free assessment, and I did.
Turns out I needed brakes, rotors, and caliper replacements on all four wheels, they did it right away. A few other things were diagnosed for a later time
I was able to get a ride home. When finished they brought the car to me since I couldn't get a ride back to pick up.
