Comment : I have Alot of trouble with my 2016 Chevy Trax LS since I got it not even a year ago.. it was in garage where I am buying the car from for 7 weeks they did absolutely nothing to it they said there was nothing wrong with it...Then 3 weeks later it went into the garage at Newcastle auto repair they did a complete diagnosis and In a day I knew everything that was wrong with it, They worked with me and helped me get financed for the balance owed on parts and labor since my warranty is a joke and I had my car back in less than 2 weeks Tyou Again Jenna and the team at New Castle Auto!!! I recommend this place 💯💯.

Comment : I have always taken my car to the dealership for maintenance, until there was a six month wait time and a lack of professionalism. I booked an appointment with New Castle Auto Repair and they were able to get me scheduled promptly. Further, they were able to shuttle me to work and maintained communication with me. My car was ready quickly and was very well taken care of and just as clean as I left it. The service advisor, Jenna, and the mechanic, John, were great. I will definitely be returning to New Castle Auto Repair.

Comment : Just bought an older truck. The power steering pump was leaking. Took it to New Castle Auto and they went over the truck and determined that it was leaking and the lines needed replaced also. The lines were corroded to the rack and pinion, and they were not able to get them off without damage, so, after they let me know, that was replaced also. Power steering and the rack and pinion work great and it has a 2 year warranty. Very professional! Would recommend!

Comment : Went in as a new customer for an oil change. Jenna welcomed me- very friendly and helpful. I had some repairs that were pointed out to me by the technician. I had no idea that the repairs were so bad. They also inspected the car after it was repaired. They have a new customer!!
