Comment : I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and it was taken in right away. The limo driver took me home so I could start my day. My vehicle was diagnosed and parts were ordered and fixed by Saturday morning. The service writer and technician worked hand and hand to fix my car right the first visit for this concern. I'm extremely satisfied with my service here.

Comment : This service department is excellent. Did extensive maintenance service with differential fluid change, transmission fluid change and flush, new battery, air filter changed, etc. and was able to make an appointment and get it all done within a few hours. I like this place and have been going there to buy and service my Chevy vehicles for 14 years.

Comment : The last 2 times that I went in for a rotate and oil change the jobs got botched. I specifically told the service writer to cross rotate my tires and set them at 40 psi. The tires were nitro filled and they let them down to 35 and did not cross rotate them as instructed. I had them set at 40 for better tire wear. I'm a 40 year ASE and GM Master technician. I know what's best for my car through experience. The next oil change they didn't even rotate my tires or set them at 40psi. I called them out on it and they took it back in the shop to do it and they didn't cross rotate the tires. This is either a break down in communication or plain laziness by the technician. If they struggle this much with a lube oil filter rotate good luck getting your car fixed when it's really broke.
