Comment : I brought my RAV4 in to troubleshoot a fault code. They checked it out and found there was no issue, and performed a recall update at the same time, for no charge. Excellent, friendly service.

Comment : My service advisor, Andy, was extremely helpful and friendly. Although I arrived very late for my appointment, he still accommodated me and provided an accurate completion time for the back seat recall and routine maintenance. They also found a screw in my front right tire and were able to repair it. I truly appreciate Andy's excellent service and the team's attention to detail.
