Comment : As customary, I wish to thank the entire Nissan Turnersville's Service Team, always professional, on point, personable and dedicated in carrying out their tasks with great pride… I made an unexpected visit to have a tire with a nail repaired… Upon arriving, I was able to speak with Jim Evans whose superior manner in overseeing the techs who work on the vehicles and whom I have known for years for exceptional service on my vehicles assured me that the tire would be assessed and I would be informed as to what's recommended… In addition, I saw Josh Jordan the Manager of the entire department with whom I have also known while going to this center for years spoke with me, the history is always examined and the tire issue would soon be addressed with meticulous attention… He also suggested that I have my maintenance service done since I had an upcoming appointment scheduled… So indeed a terrific tech, Vykhoa To was assigned to my vehicle and my tire was repaired, maintenance service items were addressed, a minor washer light sensor needed to be replaced according to his inspection and I was informed and agreed to return once the part is back in stock… He was very cordial in reviewing his findings with me which I truly appreciated… It's always a pleasure crossing paths with the Service Dept., no secret, they are a First Class Group… This facility sparkles because of the consistent quality of the work that's performed on all vehicles… Thanking them immensely for the years of extraordinary service on my vehicles, the best is wished for all of them… I recommend anyone seeking excellent car maintenance to bring their vehicles to Nissan Turnersville's Service Department, their expertise and spirited demeanor are exemplary… Looking forward to my upcoming visit...
