I had placed an order for an extra key for my '23 Kona, and a new employee (who is no longer there) made a mistake so the part didn't get ordered. The next time I called, I got Greg, who could hear my disappointment and promised to take care of it. Well, he certainly did. Besides apologizing for what had happened, he took my information, guided me through the process, quoted me a very fair price for the key fob, and in a few days, I had my extra key.John in the service department was so helpful too.
