Comment : Dropped the 2019 off for a full interior/exterior detailing. Mr. Escobar handled the payment and receipt and explained everything regarding the truck. The crew did an absolutely amazing job bringing the appearance back to new! Will definitely be back!

Comment : I arrived on time for my 8:30 complimentary 5,000 mile service appointment, and described a few issues that I was having with my multimedia display unit and some automatic driver settings. When prompted, I requested my car be ready by noon. At 11:55 a.m. I received a text from Gateway Toyota that my service was beginning. My car wasn't ready until 2:00, forcing me to rearrange my plans for the afternoon. They were unable to identify or fix any of my other reported issues.
