Comment : If you want a true Audi experience, this is the place to go. I recently had my 2023 Audi Q8 serviced at Audi Eatontown, and my service advisor was Bryan. In my opinion, Bryan is absolutely top-shelf. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats your vehicle as if it were his own. From providing a prompt quote and easy scheduling to responding quickly to my questions and following up, he is always there for you. Bryan is a massive part of what makes the Audi experience so great, alongside the supportive team and the highly competent technicians working on my Q8. The dealership itself also has a wonderful ambiance. This is a very well-run organization where Bryan and his associates truly make Audi shine.

Comment : 10/09/26: Had an issue with “engine malfunction “ messages and I didn't know what was going on. Called Audi Eatontown and brought my car right in. They called a uber to take me home. There was a recall that required a major update to the computer system. It was done the next day even though I hadn't made an appointment. They called an Uber to pick me up so I could get the car when it was ready. They sent me a video of the multi point inspection. All in all I'm very pleased. It was an unexpected event and they treated me great and took care of the problem. Geoffrey Eisenberg took care of keeping me informed and arranged for my transportation to and from. I recommend Audi Eatontown
