Comment : To start with.. it took several days to get a service appointment. Their on line app doesn't work. You enter all the information and select a date and time. The app shows all of the dates and times - not the available times, all of the times. You select one and the app won't let you book it. Doesn't say it's not available, just won't let you book it. So I called the service department and got the answering system that informesyou that you can't talk to a representative, you have to leave a msg. Some time later you get a text asking what time you want. I replied what's available. The next day I received another text and was able to finally book an appointment for the following week. Once I arrived it took 3 hours to do a 15000 mile service and they recommended some additional services which I agreed to. They drove me home and I didn't hear from them until 3 pm the next day telling me the driver was on his way to pick me up. The service tech,Aaron , had recommended that I replace the tires because of age and dry rot - a good call on his part. He said he would get me a price. The next day when I came to pick up the vehicle he said he couldn't find any tires for my vehicle. LT225 75R 16RTo start with.. it took several days to get a service appointment.
