Comment : I don't know how this place sells vehicles. I walked circles around a truck while 2 salesmen talked with another couple. I decided neither of them wanted to help me, so I went inside to find someone. I only saw 1 person inside. He was looking at his phone, looked up at me, then went back to looking at his phone. I guess my rusted truck, holy jeans and tie dyed hoodie made them think I wasn't worth their attention. It's ok. I'll never go back.I don't know how this place sells vehicles. Comment : Very poor sales experience. The sales manager was dishonest and only cared about whether I was financing through them. The online price is just bait once you re there, they pile on hidden fees for things like floor mats, tint, and water coating you never asked for. It felt like a scam from the moment I walked in. They try to wear you down with offer after offer, especially if you say you re financing elsewhere with a better APR.When I declined their financing, the attitude changed instantly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Unless you re planning to finance through them and overpay, don t expect to be treated with basic courtesy. Comment : We couldn t have asked for a better experience purchasing our VW Atlas! Mitch was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He went above and beyond to even personally buff out a scratch on the vehicle while we were settling financing! Absolutely ask for Mitch if you shop with Paducah Ford! Financing was also a breeze (I believe his name was Terrence); extra options for extended warranty were presented to us but didn t come across pushy or obnoxious.
