Comment : It is the third times that I have taken my new Jetta 2025, to this dealership from whom I bought that this car has problems: The trunk door does not close properly and needs to be fixed so I don't hit my head to it. I noticed since one month ago the rear brakes makes noise and there is scratches on the outside ring and the technician said it is working correctly.!!! I really appreciate it to help me this car that I love so much to be fixed either at Pacific or another dealers in LA. This is my 5th Jetts and it is not fair to treat me like that. Thank you;

Comment : We were in and out for new front rotors, pads, and battery within two and a half hours. Excellent customer service from the moment we pulled up into the service lane. They kept us informed along the way during the entire process and provided photos of the work to be done. We were traveling from out of state, but felt right at home. Highly recommended dealership service center!

Comment : HONEST REVIEW At first I was worried, then I met Jimmy who helped through the entire process. Answered every question, made sure I understood every question. I had an great experience even learned about my car and its unique accessories. How to keep maintenance up, which is valuable to me. They're very family oriented and dont shy away from being asked questions. I'm most definitely recommending family and friends to Pacific Volkswagen.
