Comment : I almost forgot to write this review and it's such an important one, a reliable mechanic is hard to find. I needed work done on my car and had to have my car towed here. They were AMAZING and worked all day to have a pretty huge job done in just a matter of hours. I expected it to take days. I looked up the pricing after the fact and it was actually quite a deal and they patched my tire FOR free that other places just kept filling with air and never actually fixing. 0 upsell of services that weren't needed 100% integrity. I will be back for anything else I need and I will recommend to anyone i know. Thank you so much for your kindness, you made a very stressful time so much easier. If I'm gonna spend a large amount on car repairs, I'm glad it goes to someone like the mechanics that work here. They are exceptional.

Comment : Master mechanic Kevin and his team set a new bar in customer satisfaction today. They replaced the rear main seal on the transmission in 7 hours and 1/3 the cost of a competitive quote. Comment : My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon and Pacific Automotive was the only place open I could get my car towed too. Kevin was welcoming and I dropped of my car. First thing Monday morning they determined my problem. Ordered the part and I was able to pick up my car that afternoon. Price was fair, service was excellent and I'll come back for all my service needs. Thank you!

Comment : Finally an honest fair priced garage - Kevin is an overall nice gent who handled my vehicles service promptly basically on the spot at a fair price. Other garages were charging me over $250 for standard service of my 2016 CLA250, this place charged me a little over $120 and top off fluids / oil, also carried out a code reading, above and beyond. Thank you. Definitely returning.

Comment : This is by far the worst "auto repair " shop in Orange County . Not only do they overcharge you and make you think you're getting a discount but they also can't do much auto repairs . They are not ASE certified so basically if you want an oil change or something easy like that yes go to them but for ACTUAL auto repairs do yourself a favor and go to a shop with ASE certifications professionals that know what they're doing ... I had to take my truck back over there from Anaheim 3 different times and they still failed to fix the issue after paying $2,200 not to mention all the gas and time they wasted. They took off my rack and pinion and failed to lock up the steering wheel before doing so "common sense for a mechanic " my truck was returned to me with my steering wheel straight but tires were turned and when I got down the road check engine light came right back on . Mind you I payed lots of money for it to be fixed of codes so it runs fine . After taking it back 3 times and the issue was Never fixed . I eventually got tired or my time and gas being wasted by this place . All they do is scan ur car and then delete the codes so to an ordinary person it looks like they fixed it but they didn't and if you go here you'll pay thousands of dollars to have a code deleted with an obd2 scanner. And I don't know why or how they are AAA CERTIFIED but that means nothing obviously so don't let that fool you
