Comment : They lied about the state of my brakes, telling me they needed replacement (despite them having replaced my brakes not even 3 months prior). Both the dealership and another auto shop told me my brakes were in great shape within that same week... they also couldn't figure out what was wrong with my engine, but the dealership found it in 10 minutes (and fixed it under warranty).

Comment : they fixed my wife's 2011 Chevy Malibu. they looked at it quick and had the exact diagnosis, although we ran into issues they made it right and handled the situation very good. I would recommend this place.

Comment : Unprofessional. Simple oil change took hours and then the receptionist called TWO minutes before closing telling me it was done. He asked if I could come get the vehicle TOMORROW because they were about to close. Hello! That's not my problem you called us 2 min before you closed. How do you know that I don't need my vehicle?! Rushed over and he waited for me (as he should have anyway). Won't be coming back to this place again.

Comment : Good service, good sense of confidence in this shop. Any consumer still needs to do his/her homework before authorizing work, though, to be fair to the shop. I find them to be reliable and fair.

Comment : Car is overheating and this location is charging $80 for a diagnostic which turned out to be nothing but a half-assed visual inspection. Mechanic saw the first problem in a chain of issues and stopped looking further, providing nothing close to a decent diagnostic. When he said water pump I was surprised given the fan was previously identified as defective. He could not explain why he didn’t find that also or even check the rest of the cooling system. I’m going somewhere else - the quality and time they put into the diagnostic is the same they’ll put into the work.

Comment : Diagnostic service performed was nothing but a half-assed visual inspection. Mechanic "observed a leak" and didn't dig any deeper. He didn't lift a finger or a tool, and couldn't explain why he didn't do a decent diagnostic involving all of the cooling system components for an overheating problem. Parts I knew to be defective hadn't even been looked at. Waste of money. Don't go here unless you're ready to grab your ankles.

Comment : Kevin totally took care of me and my family! Asked Kevin to check out a car we were planning on buying and he helped us make a decision. Definitely recommend his shop! Walk across the street and grab a bite while they get things done! Very convenient!
