Comment : Kevin (owner/mechanic) is the most dependable mechanic I've ever met. He is honest, sincere, and gives his customers the best paths of advice, even if it doesn't include his shop. We have taken four vehicles to him and we are no longer searching for a mechanic, nor do we ever have to price-war shops against each other. His shop is the best we've ever found!

Comment : Been going to Pacific Automotive for over 15 years. Kevin has ALWAYS been honest and willing to work with us to be cost effective but safe. Our car had a check engine light come on just this last Friday and they identified the code and corrected without charging. We needed and had brakes and rotors done at the same time. We have 4 cars in the family now and never go anywhere else...thanks Kevin - Thanks Fernando

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Fast, Efficient, Affordable. I've had a couple of flat tires recently and this place took care of them for me. I was back on the road in no time. Ask for Diego if you have a Tesla as he is familiar with that delicate Model Y hubcap. Save time and money, go here first.

Comment : They lied about the state of my brakes, telling me they needed replacement (despite them having replaced my brakes not even 3 months prior). Both the dealership and another auto shop told me my brakes were in great shape within that same week... they also couldn't figure out what was wrong with my engine, but the dealership found it in 10 minutes (and fixed it under warranty).
